The AWS Bharat Innovators VC Startup Mixer, hosted by AWS, AMD, and YourStory, brought together visionary startups and venture capitalists in a virtual gathering on December 12-13. Focused on edtech, healthtech, govtech, and non-profit organizations (NPO), the event aimed to bridge the gap, fostering potential investment opportunities and collaboration.
In his opening address at the launch of the mixer, Sunil PP, India & South Asia Lead for Education, Space, NPO, Channels & Alliances at AWS, laid stress on the importance of the Bharat Innovators Series. His vision encapsulated the essence of the initiative: “Our goal is to create a dynamic platform fostering meaningful conversations, enabling founders to build and accelerate their startups, thereby catalysing a larger social impact in the market."
The event adopted a speed-dating format, allowing 26 selectedstartups to engage in one-on-one conversations with venture capitalists.
